Who is FaithBUILDERS?

FaithBUILDERS is a collaborative church housing repair group, made up of the churches listed below. We assist Kansas City area needy and elderly homeowners with their home repair or disability adaptation needs. We believe that we can collectively do more together to help needy individuals and families to live in safety, comfort and dignity.

FaithBUILDERS will consider doing most repair and modification tasks except for roofing and furnaces/air conditioners. We provide volunteer labor to perform the work at no charge but will accept contributions to further our work for others. FaithBUILDER requirements are:

1) Occupant must be the homeowner.

2) Homeowner must sign a work agreement/waiver before work commences.

3) Homeowners will not generally pay for materials, unless they have financial ability.

FaithBUILDERS is comprised of volunteers from the churches listed below and some from the community at large. This group is open to all individuals and churches interested in becoming involved in this type of outreach.
